2. Ambassador Program

The MindHYVE Engage Ambassador Program allows approved individuals to promote AI literacy and MindHYVE services within their communities. Participation in the program is subject to:

• Successful completion of the application process
• Approval by the MindHYVE team
• Ongoing compliance with program guidelines
• Maintenance of professional conduct

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not engage in any fraudulent or misleading activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of MindHYVE and others

4. Intellectual Property

The MindHYVE Engage platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MindHYVE.ai, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MindHYVE.ai, Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
